Charitable Donation

Our Charitable Donation Process for IT Assets

Your surplus new and used IT equipment might not seem valuable to you or your organization, but a lot if might be. Most of this equipment is just taking up valuable space in your data center, storeroom, or warehouse. Along with the ability to offer CASH and CREDIT buybacks – you may also choose to DONATE your IT assets. We will make the donation in your name to the charity of your choice for the CASH value amount.

Don’t let your items become more unwanted toxic trash in our country’s landfills or worse yet – incinerated! Donating or recycling your IT assets saves our natural resources, avoids air and water pollution, and eliminates greenhouse gas emissions that are caused by manufacturing new products.

Allow WeBuyUsedITequipment.net to safely and securely recycle your old equipment and make large monetary donations to the non-profit of your choice. Data on all storage media devices will be securely eradicated. You will also receive a Certificate of Data Destruction.

Which items can be donated?

All of the same items which are purchased can be donated. Also, even if there is not a CASH value – you might still be able to donate your items:

  • Storage Systems
  • Switches
  • Memory
  • Servers
  • Telecoms
  • Tape Media
  • Routers
  • Networking
  • Tape Libraries
  • Disk Array
  • Phone Systems

What do I have to do differently to DONATE our equipment?

Nothing. Submit your list as usual and choose the “donation” option. We take care of the rest.
